Almost 2 billion people worldwide live in deep poverty, with little or no access to electricity. Energy has become imperative to human survival. Electricity enables communities to secure food, clean drinking water, and adequate shelter, and connects people to public services like health care and education.
Our foundation is dedicated to the implementation and sustainability of alternative energy solutions that will help reduce poverty in underprivileged regions throughout the world. We believe in sharing information and ideas about energy innovations and climate change. The mission of the Global Alternative Energy Foundation is to encourage clarity and dialogue, while developing collaborative solutions to these intertwined global problems. With the help of strong partners, we can drastically reduce poverty and empower people to improve their lives and their environment.
